This service is just a notary for general docs (employment, personal/business contracts, medical documents etc.). It is priced per page starting at $2 per page (plus service and travel fees based on mileage and distance if applicable).

This service is available for any client needing documents printed or copied. This is a flat rate of $0.50 per page.
Scan back fees:
for scanning and sending documents the base fee is $25 (This is billed separately from signing, travel, and service fees)
This service is for more complex documents (purchases, refinances, HELOCs etc.) that require extensive focus and longer service times. Fees vary based on loan type, document count (if having to print docs), scan backs/fax backs, number of signers, location and travel time, and if witnesses are needing to be provided. They are often 100+ pages and priced at flat rate starting at $150 up to $250 per loan package.
